根据《中华人民共和国政府采购法》规定，本项目安徽安庆技师学院采用公开招标方式进行招标，现将有关事项公告如下：

1．安徽安庆技师学院食堂托管经营，具体内容详见招标文件。

<span times="" new="" roman";="" font-weight:="" bold;"="" style="font-size: 16px;">二、投标人资格条件：

1．投标人必须是具有独立法人资质的餐饮企业；

2．投标人具有合法有效的《食品经营许可证》，许可证主体业态为餐饮服务类；

3．投标人须具有经营学校餐饮项目3年或社会餐饮5年及以上经历，且具有良好信誉；

4．开标时需提供招标文件要求的相关原件资料备查<span times="" new="" roman";="" background:="" rgb(255,="" 255,="" 255);"="" style="font-size: 16px;">。

5．本项目不接受联合体投标。

投标申请人携企业法人出具的介绍信原件、营业执照、公司资质证书及食品经营许可证到   安庆技师学院总务处 报名，报名时须携带以上证书的复印件（加盖企业公章）。标书工本费 200 元/份，售后不退。

1．金额：每位投标人开标前须缴纳投标保证金人民币  贰万元  整。

2．支付方式：必须从投标人账户汇出，不得以个人名义汇款；只接受银行汇款或网银转账方式，其它方式或现金不予受理；汇款必须确保在开标前到账。
